Axon Consulting supports the development of Qatar’s New CRA Regulations

Axon is proud to have contributed to the development of two recently published regulatory frameworks by the Communications Regulatory Authority (CRA) of Qatar.

The “Regulation for the Construction, Installation and Sharing of Radio Communications Sites” and the “In-Building Telecommunications Infrastructure Standard” represent significant steps toward enhancing connectivity, promoting efficient infrastructure sharing, and ensuring the sustainable growth of Qatar’s digital ecosystem.

The new regulation and standard establish clear guidelines for the deployment and management of telecommunications infrastructure, fostering collaboration among operators and supporting Qatar’s vision for a robust and future-ready communications sector.

Axon Consulting’s Rafael Ales Rodriguez, Manager, Alvaro Perez Rees, Associate, and Jorge Martinez Morando, Partner, were key contributors and are pleased to see this work published.  “We would like to thank the CRA for the opportunity to support such an important initiative, and we look forward to seeing the regulation work in practice.”
