Enterprises that fulfil any of, but not limited to, the following criteria:
-Enterprises registered in the register of innovative SMEs.
-Fast Growing enterprise (annual growth during 3 accounting years of at least 20% in sales or direct employees).
-Registered technological rights which use is supported by the requested funding.
-In the last 36 months has either received funding from a venture capital investor, has incurred RDI qualified. expenditure, or has formally received funding from EU RDI support schemes.
-Enterprises registered in the register of innovative SMEs.
-Fast Growing enterprise (annual growth during 3 accounting years of at least 20% in sales or direct employees).

Financial Instruments

Equity
- Initial ticket between 1-5M with the capacity to follow on.

Requirements
Investments located in Andalusia or mainly located in Andalusia. In the case of innovative companies, the requirement is met if the head office is located in Andalusia.
– Economic-financial: sufficient capacity to repay and offer an acceptable rate of return.

– Partners/promoters: must be able to demonstrate their financial solvency and the preparation/experience of the team.

Substantially completed/executed projects, restructurings/refinancings and pre-financings/grant bridge financings.
Projects, start-ups, SMEs, large companies (in certain cases), innovative clusters, economic interest groups, foundations, universities and public administrations.
– Must develop a project in an eligible field and be in line with the S4Andalucía strategy.
– It must develop its economic activity in Andalusia (AEAT certificate that it pays IAE in Andalusia or proof that the project will be developed mainly in this region).
– It must be registered with the AEAT and therefore comply with the accounting rules in force. This will be accredited by the submission of the latest tax returns in accordance with the applicable regulations (“Corporate Tax Return”).
– Carry out the appropriate information and publicity measures in accordance with the requirements and guidelines available on the website of the Junta de Andalucía) and the applicable publicity requirements established in Article 50 and Annex IX of Regulation (EU) 2021/1060 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 24 June 2010.
– Not be in a situation of exclusion (default, bankruptcy, irregularity, fraud, etc.).
– Not be a company in difficulty within the meaning of art. 2 (18) of Regulation (EU) No 651/2014.
– Not belonging to “restricted sectors” (production of arms, tobacco, alcoholic beverages, etc.).
– Not indebted to the Public Treasury (national, regional and local) or to social security.
– Other possible exclusions.
